All products pass the 1.2-meter drop test before leaving the factory and are packaged in shock-proof wooden boxes + metal frames. If logistics damage occurs, customers must provide photos/videos within 48 hours of receipt. We will give priority to allocating replacement parts from the local spare parts warehouse and recover losses through the insurance claims process.

Standardized products support "fool-proof" quick installation (such as folding box house unfolds in 3 hours), and 3D animation instructions are included in the box. For customized solutions, we provide "AR remote guidance" service, technical experts use smart glasses to mark the key points of operation in real time, and complex projects can apply for on-site engineers (the fee is subject to the agreement).

We provide ISO13485 system certified materials, and the entire production process is completed in a Class 100,000 clean workshop, supporting Gamma ray sterilization. Each batch of products is accompanied by a traceability report (including material batch number and production environment data), and customers can log in to the Kaiding quality cloud platform for real-time query and verification.
